The Location Manager is responsible for finding and securing your locations. This includes: Negotiating the location fees, contracts, securing parking, dealing with the government, arranging permits with the council, organising unit bases, movement orders and signage to and from the location. These are just a few examples amongst many responsibilities. They are the face of the production to the community, the location and all government bodies.
