Greetings to all and, never the ones to twiddle our thumbs, we thought that we would let you know that we have finished our database spring clean for 2024. Each year we clean our location database and do the following:

• Deactivate locations that are no longer available.
• Update location contact details for locations, which gives us a better chance of connecting with location owners quickly so we can speed up deals and recces.
• Check for building works or alterations.

This takes us roughly two months and although it costs a small fortune in labour, we do it because:

• Chasing locations that are no longer available is a waste of your time and ours. This reduces time and costs on both sides.
• It helps to make us more efficient than other location libraries and therefore more competitive.
• Not all crew recce, so a reliable visual representation is much more important for them.

We have done this every year, but we thought this might be useful information about what we do to save us all some time and money and confirm your location requests.
