Our portfolio of locations ranges from a minimum of £2,000 per day. We love a challenge, but our locations are used to getting paid. All prices quoted are plus VAT.
Locations have a minimum 6-hour hire restriction, whether you spend 1 hour or 6 hours there.
Some locations charge utilities (electric/gas/water/council tax) on top of the location rate.
A date-holding deposit may also be requested.
Public liability insurance of at least £5 million is required at all our locations before the shoot – Safety first!
At some properties, you may require risk assessments, method statements if you do go ahead. A damage deposit will be required.
Library fee
Our library fee is £405.00 on top of the fee to the location.
Recces
We charge a recce fee (fee varies, subject to location) for each recce after 5 recces. We charge a cancellation fee of £95.00 for any confirmed recce cancelled less than 6 hours before the scheduled arrival time or if you do not show up at the agreed date and time.
Cancellation & late fees
All payments are to be made at least 48 hours before the start date/time unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any late payment or projects on short notice (less than 48 hours) will be subject to a fee.
Legal fees
A copy of our standard terms and conditions is provided in advance. Should you wish to make any alterations to these terms and conditions less than 7 days before the intended day of first use, then legal charges will be incurred by you for these changes.
